Shipping Information:
You can determine how much shipping is for an item by adding it to your shopping cart and entering your zip code in the shipping calculator. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the item(s). This does not obligate you to make a purchase.West Michigan Auto Parts will ship anywhere in the US including Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico. We will also ship internationally.
All items are shipped through UPS within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Freight shipping for bulk or oversized items is also available. Please contact us to set up an appointment for local pick up.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns unless the part is being returned due to West Michigan Auto Parts' error. If you have any questions, please contact us for shipping details.
Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
West Michigan Auto Parts accepts returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, and incorrect (by fault of West Michigan Auto Parts) merchandise. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to West Michigan Auto Parts within 14 days of ship date and returned to West Michigan Auto Parts within 30 days of receipt.All returns must be authorized by West Michigan Auto Parts. To request authorization, contact us via email or by calling (877) 200-4928. West Michigan Auto Parts will issue a full refund (including shipping), or will exchange the item within 10 days upon receipt of the defective product.

West Michigan Auto Parts charges sales tax for items shipped to Michigan (6.000%).Payment Methods Accepted:
If you place your order over the phone, we will process your credit card payment securely using authorize.net. We DO NOT keep your credit card information after we process the payment.
